Cabinets and the bulkhead over the cabinets were removed,.
Granite counter tops with white shaker cabinets installed.
The wall was taken out for an open floor plan. Joists were sistered in to fix the uneven floor.
An engineered beam takes the place of the wall and the wood flooring flows through out.
Added a full bathroom. The garage of this home became a master bedroom with a bathroom which uses a grinder pump.
Added a coat closet in the mudroom.
